Refund policy
At THURSDAYS BLONDE, we want you to love every piece you order. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURN WINDOW—You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after 7 days are not eligible. To start a return, email us at thursdaysblonde@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY—To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Includes the original receipt and SKU label
Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied.
RETURN APPROVAL & SHIPPING—Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and the address to ship your item. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by THURSDAYS BLONDE.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT ONLY—We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All accepted returns will be issued as store credit only, sent via email as a code that never expires. Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS—The following items are non-returnable and final sale:
- Swimwear
- Intimates and bodysuits
- Beauty products
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
- Sale items, clearance items, and any item marked "Final Sale"
- Items purchased using a discount code
- Any promotion marked as "All Sales Final"
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.
DAMAGES & ISSUES—Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at thursdaysblonde@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
EXCHANGES—We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credit.
LATE OR MISSING STORE CREDIT—If your return has been approved but you haven’t received your store credit within 15 business days, please contact us at thursdaysblonde@gmail.com so we can assist you.
RIGHT TO REFUSE—THURSDAYS BLONDE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future returns.
